Amy March, from the "Women of Renown Collection", is dressed in a white dress of paper twist ribbon with a small rose colored pattern running through it. The skirt of her dress is seamed and under it she wears a white petticoat with lace trim. Over all, she wears a rose colored pinafore with a ruffled yoke, and "Amy" embroidered on it. Her hair is an abundance of curls (medium brown with reddish highlights), and a rose colored ribbon is centered on top. As in the older movie version ( with June Allison, Janet Leigh, Margaret O'Brien and Elizabeth Taylor as Amy) my Amy is holding her slate on which she has drawn a caricature of her teacher. Uh Oh! All "Young Women of Renown" dolls are made of wood, wire, doll hair, miniature accessories and paper twist ribbon and range in size. Amy is approximately 8" tall. As with all of my dolls, her name appears on the bottom.
