Harriet Tubman, from the "Women of Renown Collection", was the "Moses of her People". I have dressed her plainly, in turquoise and brown paper twist. Her dress is seamed and she wears a plain, white, unadorned petticoat. She is dressed for travel in her coat and hat and her colorful bandana is made of cloth and covers most of her curly black hair. Harriet carries a faux suede leather bag over her shoulder and points the way "North". All of my "Women of Renown" dolls are made of wood, wire, lace, doll hair, miniature accessories and paper twist ribbon. This doll is approximately 9.5" tall and her name and dates appear on the bottom.
