  1. Carefully turn back tube and poof at wrist; open end of tube is compressed in the center of arm. Afix other sleeve in the same manner; overlap ends in middle of arm and www-4" fig.5
  2. Hot glue finished arm to back of dowel at shoulder height. www-6"
  3. Bodices:Make sure to wrap bodice closely up under each arm
    1. draw a line of tacky at both ends of bodice pcs
    2. afix end of one pc at waist in back on one side
    3. crossover opposite shoulder
    4. bring across chest
    5. wrap around waist, snuggly, and afix, fig.6
    6. afix second bodice pc in the same manner beginning on the other side of doll
  4. Wheel/dowel wraps
    1. tacky across one end of each pc (these will be the tops)
    2. run a bead of hot glue across bottom end of 1st pc and afix this end to the backside of the wheel
    3. Repeat with other pc in front, fig.7
    4. both tackied top ends should be pressed into dowel at the waist
  5. Underskirt (5 pcs)
    1. run a bead of tacky across the top of each
    2. finger gather at the waist and afix around dowel overlapping all; www -6" fig.8
    3. Spread underskirt pcs and hot glue edges together at the hem; trim fig.9
  6. Eyelet (15"-16" length):
    1. ends together, right sides facing, hot glue seam, making a circle
    2. turn to right side and with seam in the center back, hot glue around hem of underskirt, keeping lower edges of eyelet and paper underskirt even, Fig.10
  7. Cut 10 petals using the pattern. fig.11
