Relax...the hard part is over

  1. Gather 5" of eyelet; tie around neck; afix in back
  2. Bow- cut a 6" length into 3rds (3 pcs each 6" long)
    1. tacky and join ends of one pc for bow fig.19
    2. gather in center and wrap with small strip of twist in middle & tacky- looks like a bow
    3. curl both remaining pcs as you would, curling ribbon .
    4. tacky streamers together, one curling up & one down
    5. tacky streamers to underside of bow, fig.20
    6. Hot glue the bow to the doll, center back at waist
  3. With small dowel or a thin pencil, roll up bottom of all
    petals to curl, fig.21
  4. Finishing touches:
    1. bend arms at elbow with both hands toward front & parallel to table
    2. hot glue a small cardinal to sit atop one hand
    3. Tacky fake bird seed into palm of other hand
